The 7th grade visual arts cycle class is intended to accommodate all skill and interest levels while building confidence and understanding of the visual arts. Students will produce two-dimensional and three-dimensional works while exploring the elements and principles of design and thinking critically about their surrounding influences. This class will involve the exploration of materials, methods, techniques and ideas of art periods such as modern and postmodern art as well as the introduction to rudimentary principles of graphic design.
